Categories – Male & Female 5 year age groups from 20-24 to 60+
Categories – U19, Male & Female 10 year age groups from 20-29 to 60+
All non Triathlon Australia members must take out a one day race membership to cover insurance during the event. Sprint – $15, Enticer – $10, Mini – $5, Micro – $5
Athletes competing as a team will exchange their timing chips over in the transition compound. Each team member completes 1 or 2 legs (depending on your team size – ie 2 person team, one person might do two legs, the second does the other – a three person team will alternate each leg)

Course information
Swim
The swim leg starts at the end of the Milang jetty in waste deep water. It will be a rectangular shaped course. The Sprint Distance will swim two laps clockwise around the bouys and return to the beach. Enticer will swim 1 lap before returning to transition. Mini will swim around the jetty.
Bike
The bike leg is a simple out and back course on open road. You will head south out of transition towards Clayton Bay along the lake. Sprint Distance will turn around at the 10km mark and Enticer will turn at the 5km mark. Mini will be laps on a closed section of road on Woodrow Tce
Run
The run leg is a 2.5km lap. You will exit transition heading North along the footpath crossing lake road at the marshal. Follow the cones through the park land and single trail woodland and return to transition through the township along Lang Street. Sprint distance will do 2 laps while the Enticer does a single lap.
Mini will run around the perimeter of the Milang Foreshore grassed areas
Course Maps
Swim Leg is a 375m Lap. Sprint distance athletes will complete 2 laps in a clockwise direction. Enticer will do 1 lap.
Bike leg is a simple out and back along Clayton-Milang Road for Triathlon and Aquabike.
Run course is a picturesque 2.5km run through Milang. Sprint Course will complete 2 laps whilst Enticer will complete 1.
